Full Day: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Half Day: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

QUEST CAMP

EXPLORATION CAMP
Rising 3rd Grade -Rising 5th Grade
(Child can’t be older than 9/1/14 to attend)

Activity Fee
A non-refundable summer camp activity fee of $35.00 per week is due at registration.
Field Trip Lunch Fee
A $5.00 lunch fee will be charged on field trip days unless a lunch is provided from home. All outside food must be peanut-free.
Payment Policy
Tuition is due no later than the first day of your child’s scheduled camp week. Tuition is charged for all registered days regardless of attendance. A form of payment is required to be on file prior to your child’s first week of camp. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or ACH. A link will be sent to your email after registration to add a payment method
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a registered camp week must be submitted in writing with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, otherwise tuition will be charged in full. Send cancellation requests to oasummercamp23@gmail.com
Tuition and activity fees include all field trips, in-house events, meals, supplies, and a camp t-shirt.

Required Documents
Once registration is submitted, an email will be sent with the following documents to complete and return:
- Enrollment & Emergency Medical Information
- Transportation Authorization and Van Rules
- Medication / External Preparation Authorization
- Allergy and Dietary Form
- Georgia Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) or approved exemption
- Camper and Parent Safety and Behavior Expectations
- Screen Time Policies
All documents must be completed and submitted prior to your child’s first week of camp. Failure to submit required documentation may result in denial of attendance until all forms are on file.
