Highly recommend Open Arms for childcare and educational needs. The staff is great, communicates well and pricing is affordable! A great fit for my family for the past 2 years.
It has been wonderful to watch my children learn and grow through the nurturing care at Open Arms. Both of our kids have been attending the center since they were babies, and we’ve always been pleased with the teachers and staff. Taking care of children is hard work and having a place like Open Arms, where I can confidently send my kids, is priceless. It feels like a second home to our family and I’m happy seeing the relationships my kids developed with peers and teachers over the years we’ve been there.
We have absolutely loved our experience with Open Arms. Every single teacher on staff is so loving and expresses the ultimate care with our two children. They receive hugs upon their arrival and I know that they are not only learning the skills they need to exceed in life, but they are also developing character traits that are integral; compassion, love, kindness, patience, and self-confidence. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the administration who are always quick to respond and who care to also know our children deeply.
Open Arms has been a blessing for our family since the first visit. I was preparing to go back to work when my twins were four months old and wasn’t having much luck finding a quality daycare or in-home care, despite an extensive search.
I wasn’t totally comfortable with any of the centers I visited previously until I visited Open Arms. Immediately I felt like this was the place for my children. I remember driving home knowing that I could end my search. Open Arms’ leadership, teachers, and staff treat the children like they are family. Many of the teachers have been with Open Arms for years and are a wealth of experience. They even shared tips that I think helped with my and my husband’s parenting.
It’s a great feeling knowing that when I drop my children off each morning, they are receiving the love, care, enrichment, and education they need. Open Arms provides a warm and welcoming environment with experienced and attentive teachers.
Open Arms has been a wonderful experience for both me and my husband and our children. My kids started Open Arms at the early ages of 10 months and I can say that every day I left my kids I knew they were in the absolute best care and guidance a parent could ask for. Open Arms truly has become part of our family. I can’t thank them enough for instilling great values, learnings, and fun in our children as they grow.
We have been part of the Open Arms family since my daughter was 12 weeks old. She’s now 9 years old and comes to Open Arms several times a week after school.
Our family loves the kindness and love of the staff. In her early years, my daughter would come home telling us how much fun she was having and how much she loved her teachers and friends. We noticed how much my daughter was learning, but she thought she was just having fun. She shocked us sometimes with the intelligent statements she would make and she would tell us that her teacher taught her that. The teachers cared so much about her development intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
She now comes to Open Arms after school several days of the week. She loves being with her friends and she loves the environment. Coming to Open Arms was one of the best decisions we have made for my daughter.
We could not be more pleased with our experience at Open Arms. Our daughter has been attending OA since she was 1, and she still runs in every day excited to see her friends and teachers. Not only have her classroom teachers been incredible, but every member of the staff is wonderful. They all genuinely care about the children and are invested in their well-being and growth. We feel so lucky that we found Open Arms and that our daughter is in such good hands!

Open arms was recommended by a neighbor to my family after we experienced a challenging year at another childcare center. From our first call with Open Arms I knew this was a different kind of place. While the school does provide an exceptionally comprehensive education to their students, it does so much more. Our first reception was warm and informative.
My then two year old son started in early preschool with a remarkable teacher. She truly got to know his quirks and helped him transition to a new school with ease. I watched how nurtured my son was and how he lit up when we talked about school, he knew he was loved and so did we. We thought we just lucked out with a great first teacher and were terrified for the next room. The next teacher was just as amazing and loving as the first. She patiently empowered him to learn new skills, my son was even potty trained at school, tried new foods, and began to nap again. My son rarely said goodbye to me when entering his classroom, he was too excited for the day ahead.
He is now in his third class and thriving once again with spectacular teachers. It seems like Open arms finds wonderful people with a passion for early education. This is so evident in every interaction I have ever had with the staff. My older son, who is autistic, joined Open Arms for summer camp and despite it being the hardest summer of his life emotionally, he was made to feel like the beautiful human he is.
The administration especially goes above and beyond; and they did that with my older son. They found ways to make him feel accepted and special, even during undesirable behavior. Further, when you run into the director of the program, Ms. Kisha, your day is bound to brighten. What a blessing to have a woman steer the ship at open arms who is so full of joy and an infectious laugher that you can’t help by smile when you see her.
I can breathe a sigh of relief when my children are at Open Arms. I know they are loved beyond words and I know they are nurtured to succeed. To find a school of people excited to love your children as you do, is all a parent could ever hope for. I have found that at open arms and I know you will too!
